Do I pay more buying it at the gym?

No. It's the same price as ordering directly from Bite Me Meals. You're just paying for the meal, not a markup. The only thing you're buying extra is the convenience of picking it up on your way through the gym.

Are the meals fresh or frozen?

Fresh and refrigerated, not frozen. They're fully cooked and ready to eat cold or heated, with a shelf life printed on every label.

Where exactly do I find it?

In our 24-hour retail store inside the gym. It's self-serve: grab what you want, pay at the till, and either eat it in the member lounge or take it with you.

Do I need to be a member to buy one?

The retail store is inside the gym, so you'll need gym access to reach it, either as a member or a guest of one. Ask our front desk team if you're visiting and want to try one.

Yes. There's a microwave in the member lounge, so you can heat and eat on site, or take it home to eat later.
