1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the Iron Lore Gym website (loregym.com), purchasing a membership, or entering any Iron Lore facility (including the "Roots" location in Beaumont and "The Expansion" in South Edmonton), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Facility Access & 24/7 Operations

Unstaffed Hours: You acknowledge that Iron Lore Gym (specifically the Beaumont location) operates as an unstaffed, 24/7 facility.

Cardlock System: Access is granted solely to active members via our secure Cardlock system. You agree not to allow entry to non-members ("tailgating"). Violation of this policy will result in an immediate fine and termination of membership.

Assumption of Risk: You understand that during unstaffed hours, there is no supervision or assistance available. You agree that your use of the facility during these times is at your own sole risk.

3. Code of Conduct ("The Iron Lore Standard") Iron Lore is a serious training environment built on respect. We reserve the right to revoke membership for any of the following:

Disrespecting Equipment: Dropping weights on inappropriate surfaces, failing to re-rack weights, or misusing machinery (Atlantis/Prime/Newtech equipment must be treated with care).

Harassment: Any aggressive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward staff or other members will not be tolerated.

Theft or Vandalism: Will result in immediate permanent banning and prosecution.

4. Membership, Billing, & Cancellation

Recurring Billing: By signing up, you authorize Iron Lore Gym (via our third-party processors, Stripe and GymMaster) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email or the member portal) in accordance with the notice period defined in your specific Membership Agreement (typically 30 days).

Refunds: All membership fees and merchandise purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by Alberta Consumer Protection laws.

5. Release of Liability & Waiver Physical exercise carries inherent risks of injury. By using Iron Lore Gym, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity, including but not limited to injuries arising from:

Equipment Use: Mechanical failure or improper use of equipment.

Premises: Slips, trips, falls, or other accidents on the premises.

Health: Unknown medical conditions or physical overexertion.

You hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Iron Lore Gym, its owners (Aaron and Eleni Gausvik), employees, and agents from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of your use of the facility, except where such injury is caused by the gross negligence of Iron Lore Gym.

6. Website Use & Intellectual Property

Content: All text, logos, images, and branding (including the "Iron Lore" name and "Private Sanctuary" tagline) are the intellectual property of Iron Lore Gym. You may not use them for commercial purposes without written consent.

Accuracy: We strive to ensure website accuracy regarding hours and pricing, but we do not warrant that all information is error-free.

7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Edmonton, Alberta.
