I’ve noticed some gym members discussing a show they’re participating in and practicing their posing in the room upstairs. It seems like they’re getting ready for something specific. Can you tell me what they might be preparing for and what kind of event it could be? I’d love to support them and come watch if possible!

Some of our members are prepping for a local bodybuilding show, while others are getting ready for a pro show in the United States. The local competitors are participating in the Canadian Physique Alliance events, and the pros are competing in the IFBB Pro League. If you'd like to support our members and watch a local show, there are several events in Alberta to choose from, including the Alberta Open, TNT Muscle, Alberta Spring Natural, and Alberta Fall Natural.
